Terms of Service

Effective November 3, 2026.

Accounts: the account holder must provide accurate contact information and keep their password private. A caregiver may set up access for a player.

Free trial: every new account receives seven free days starting at signup. No payment card is required. You must verify your email to play. When the trial ends, payment is required to continue; a trial does not automatically charge you.

Subscription: $9.99 per year, renewing automatically each year until you cancel.

Cancelling: use Cancel Subscription in the Family / Caregiver Area, then confirm once. Future renewal stops and access continues until the end of your paid period.

Failed payments: a failed renewal receives a seven-day grace period to update payment information. Access ends after that period if payment remains unpaid. Retried payments do not restart the grace period.

Charges and refunds: the checkout shows the amount due before you pay. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current paid period. Contact support about billing mistakes or refund requests; applicable consumer rights remain in force.

Fun chips: Blackjack chips are just for fun. They have no cash value and can't be bought, sold or cashed out.

Fair use: do not interfere with the service, misuse another person’s account, or attempt to bypass payment or security checks. Games are for recreation and are not medical treatment.

Availability: we aim to provide reliable access but maintenance and outages can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
