Privacy Policy

Effective November 3, 2026.

Account information: we collect the account holder’s first name, last name, email address, and subscription status. Passwords are protected by our account service; we do not store readable passwords.

Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How information is used: to verify your email, provide game access, manage trial and subscription dates, issue receipts, and respond to support requests. The caregiver’s account information is not a player profile.

What we don't do: no ads, no advertising trackers, no avatars or saved preferences, and we never sell your information.

Service providers: Lovable Cloud provides account services and subscription records. Stripe processes payments in the app owner’s Stripe account. These providers receive information necessary to deliver those services.

Device storage: your browser remembers your sign-in so you can return to the games. Blackjack may save your just-for-fun chip balance on the device.

Retention: account information is retained while needed to provide the service. Payment records may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations after an account closes.

Your choices: you can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by writing to [SUPPORT EMAIL].

Changes: material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date. Your applicable privacy rights are not limited by this policy.
